Steering Team
At the CEF, we believe that leadership is not confined to a title or a specific group—it's something each of us embodies every day.
The role of the Steering Team is to guide that the CEF moves forward in a cohesive, focused way, and in line with the CEF’s strategic direction. While each Secretariat team member is a leader in her/his own domain, the Steering Team works to provide clarity, remove obstacles, and create an environment where everyone has a possibility to thrive in their respective roles.
Members of the Steering Team are Jana Repanšek, Ivana Nedižavec Korada (both in executive roles), Robert Bauchmüller, Kaja Nadj, and Ajda Turk.
