Learning and Knowledge Management for Effective, Responsible, and Open Public Institutions

Oct 18, 2024 CEF, Ljubljana No Fee

About this learning event

The event will highlight good practices and emphasize the importance of lifelong learning in public institutions, which is key to fostering a strong organizational culture and driving development.

In a time of constant change, marked by climate challenges, economic uncertainty, an aging workforce, and employee turnover, investing in knowledge has become essential. Public institutions that prioritize the learning and development of their employees can significantly contribute to both a more successful economy and a fairer society, evolving into learning organizations.

CEF supports the development and cooperation of stakeholders who, by investing in their employees, strengthen external partnerships and learning communities. These partnerships often extend internationally, particularly through Slovenia's development cooperation with partner countries.

The event is part of the 12th Slovenian Development Days: For a World Without Hunger, and Global Knowledge Management Week.
