What will you learn

Every year, the ERP cycle begins with the submission of the ERP documents to the European Commission (EC). These documents contain medium-term macroeconomic projections, budgetary plans for the next three years, and a structural reform agenda.

These strategic documents often use specific language that may not be easily understandable. To effectively present the set priorities in ERPs, their creators are increasingly being advised to combine the text with visually appealing graphics. This helps different stakeholders of the ERP cycle to process the content faster and more efficiently. It also contributes to having a shared and wider understanding of the comprehensive structural reform agendas and the big picture of ERP and its role as the backbone of governments’ economic policy.

At the webinar we will take a look at how your ERP document can be transformed into short, visual and comprehendible infographic. We will build on good practice of the so-called citizens budget and involve expert with rich experience from that and ERP area. Additionally, we will invite to the webinar visual recorder with experience of capturing real time discussions at the ERP events.

• Get practical tips on the steps on how to put your ERP into infographic
• Hear from a visual expert who is able to convert demanding expert discussion into easy-to- understand drawings
• Learn hands-on how to translate difficult technical language into text / picture / infographics, comprehendible to non-experts
• Exchange experience on the work with infographic in the ERP process with peers from the region.

Who should attend

This webinar is intended for public officials from ministries of finance and line ministries that are involved in the process of preparation and coordination of the ERP. Particularly those working on ERP inputs in policy and financial departments and in cabinets of ministers, as well as PR teams whose job is to bring the economic and fiscal policy measures closer to the citizens.
