Through a variety of activities, the WeLead project aims to enhance the knowledge and experience of the EU accession process for the next generation of public administrators and policymakers in the region. It also seeks to strengthen professional networks among young public officials and foster connections between administrations.

We are looking for passionate and innovative young professionals to join the learning opportunities available through six key project components: WeLearn, WeConnect, WeShare, WeExperience, WeWrite, and WeCoach. Selected candidates will have the chance to develop their leadership and change management skills, equipping them to become confident, networked leaders driving ideas, people, and reforms.

Successful applicants will be selected based on their qualifications, skills, and competencies. Eligibility requirements include:

• Being a public official from the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, or Serbia)
• Being 35 years old or younger
• Having at least a B-level proficiency in English
