Becoming an effective trainer goes beyond subject expertise - it is also about engaging, inspiring, and empowering your participants. This Training-of-Trainers (ToT) program aims to prepare future trainers with essential skills, methodologies, and techniques to deliver impactful and memorable training.
In this ToT workshop, you will:
- Gain an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a trainer.
- Learn and practice essential facilitation techniques.
- Explore and apply tools like Think-Pair-Share (TPS), and open-ended questions based on Bloom’s Taxonomy.
- Reflect on communication strategies, including non-verbal communication, to enhance interaction and engagement.
- Receive constructive feedback on your training delivery and identify areas for growth.
The workshop emphasizes active participation through engaging activities like simulations, role-playing, group discussions, and feedback sessions. These methods are designed to create an interactive learning environment that enhances skill development and practical application.
