This interactive workshop offers participants the opportunity to explore key strategies and tools for enhancing teamwork and fostering clear, open communication within the National Bank of Moldova (NBM). Through hands-on activities and discussions, participants will strengthen their ability to work together efficiently and create a more cohesive team dynamic.

Through this workshop, you will:

• reflect on your role as a team member and how you contribute to collaboration, 
• learn best practices for fostering trust, engagement, and accountability within teams,
• develop techniques to enhance interpersonal communication and active listening, 
• overcome common communication barriers that hinder team performance,
• practice feedforward techniques
• engage in team-building exercises that reinforce cooperation and synergy,
• take concrete steps to improve team cohesion and effectiveness.

This highly interactive workshop is based on real-life scenarios, practical exercises, and peer learning.
