About this learning event

In our commitment to helping member institutions develop capacities for transforming into learning organizations, we will facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge exchange. We will discuss various technical topics, including IT systems, talent management, and hiring practices, as well as various aspects of building and sustaining an organizational culture that fosters resilient employees to thrive in a continuously changing environment. Participants will visit an EU member institution to learn from their best practices and lessons learned.
