About this learning event

This week-long event, held alongside the Regional Conference on Banking Regulation and Supervision, is open to up to four participants from banking supervision departments or other relevant departments involved in supervision, especially those focused on digitalization. Each opportunity is tailored to the individual selected for job shadowing, ensuring a personalized and impactful experience. Participants will have an important, active role in the conference, contributing to discussions and learning how to design dynamic learning and knowledge-sharing activities. They will also explore six building blocks for systematically managing knowledge and becoming a learning organization. In addition to conference sessions led by the CEF Secretariat Team, participants will visit institutions to receive answers to their pre-submitted questions and gain practical insights. Social activities will foster networking and knowledge exchange among participants and CEF.
