About this learning event
At the training-of-trainers, participants will develop their facilitation skills that will help them to capture, present, and share knowledge and lessons learned to scale up the impact of their climate actions. Institutional capacity development is essential for organizations to respond to climate change effectively. Organizations need to strategically plan their capacity development and the career paths of employees responsible for designing and implementing effective climate actions.
This Training of Trainers workshop is designed for participants eager to enhance their facilitation skills. We will delve into various learning methods and tools, and how to design and lead dynamic, engaging activities. Participants will explore different learning styles and understand their unique characteristics. They will have the opportunity to practice knowledge exchange interventions while reflecting on their role as a facilitator. They will identify their strengths, and discover tips and tricks to boost their learning and knowledge sharing in respective institutions.
