Assessing Impact of Knowledge Exchange on ERP and RA in Western Balkans and Türkiye
About this learning event
During these consultation meetings we will discuss the knowledge and skills needed to effectively achieve plans prepared by the Reform Agenda (RA) and Economic Reform Programme (ERP) working groups. Together with experts on leadership and knowledge management, we will visit up to three beneficiaries in the region to review their progress in becoming a learning organization. We will discuss the level of leadership support within institutions for the structural reform implementation process, the resources allocated to upskilling staff working on RA and ERPs, and practical examples of capturing, packaging, and sharing knowledge within teams and institutions. The meetings will last up to two days.
Who should attend
These consultation meetings will support RA and ERP working groups and their institutions in implementing structural reforms. RA and ERP Coordinators, ministers, state secretaries, secretaries-general, HR directors, HR specialists, and CEF Coordinators at ministries of finance will be invited to join.
