Stakeholders – leveraging on the benefits of an inclusive approach in the Reform Agenda implementation process
About this learning event
In accordance with the TGF Regulation and the Facility Agreement, implementing of the Reform Agenda (RA) requires the involvement and support of a broad range of stakeholders to build a consensus and ensure the sustainability of the reform process. This workshop will adopt a hands-on approach, focusing on specific policy area of the RA. The goal is to identify relevant stakeholders, select, mobilize, and engage them effectively. Through the use of practical examples, we will illustrate the positive implications of stakeholder mobilization and involvement in supporting the successful implementation of the RA. Effective communication of the RA implications and achievements will also be an integral part of this workshop. Additionally, the workshop will include a study visit to public institutions within the EU, involved in the implementing of the reforms (e.g. Ministry of Finance). This visit will provide participants with comparative insights, best practices, and lessons learned from EU accession processes, structural reforms, and alignment with EU standards and regulations. The workshop’s outcome will be a beneficiary-specific benchmark model for stakeholder mobilization related to a specific RA policy area. This model will serve as a guide for stakeholder mobilisation pertaining to a specific RA policy area, and could be used as an approach in other policy areas.
