Knowledge Management Strategies in Support of Reform Agenda
About this learning event
This blended learning event is a continuation of a series of events on knowledge management (KM) delivered in 2023 and 2024. Its objective is to support Reform Agenda (RA) teams in the implementation and reporting processes of the RA, emphasizing the skills and knowledge necessary for this crucial aspect of structural reforms. Participants will be engaged in designing KM roadmaps. We will discuss how to identify critical knowledge and systematically capture, package and share it both within and between institutions, as well as regionally with the wider RA working groups. We will support teams and institutions better understand the principles of a learning organization and highlight the importance of continuous professional development.
