Fostering Learning and Knowledge Exchange on Structural Reforms
About this learning event
This event is designed for the current and future members of the Network of Regional Experts (NRE) who are actively involved in the Structural Reform (SR) process. We will highlight the SR as a learning process for everyone involved in the preparation of the SR document while emphasizing the role of NRE members in it. This event will be an opportunity to explore how to run the SR process effectively by leveraging learning methodologies and fostering knowledge and experience sharing. Participants will learn how to design and facilitate dynamic and engaging learning events by using different learning methods and tools. The objective is to improve the quality of inputs provided by the SR working group. We will discuss the principles of effective presentation, constructive feedback, and the importance of verbal and non-verbal communication for a better SR process. As part of this ToT, participants will practice delivering elevator pitches based on real SR cases, allowing them to apply the gained knowledge back at work. The event will support peer-to-peer knowledge exchange and contribute to the strengthening of the NRE membership.
