Developing an Organizational Knowledge Sharing Culture (follow-up)
About this learning event
This workshop is the final event following a micro-learning week dedicated to the organizational culture of the National Bank of Moldova. It builds on the comprehensive organizational culture analysis conducted during the previous year, aiming to disseminate the results and expand on the initiatives identified by the team.
The learning objectives include:
Refine the understanding of organizational culture and its dimensions.
Develop actionable steps to enhance organizational culture.
Define and promote desired behaviors within the team.
Strengthen team unity and collaboration through interactive exercises.

This is an internal event designed for the entire team of the National Bank of Moldova.

The learning event will be delivered by:
- Sandra Jitianu
Sandra is a management consultant, trainer and performance coach with functional expertise in change management and human resources. Sandra has 15+ years' experience delivering transformation projects to over 50 clients ranging from large international companies to local companies and entrepreneurs in industries like financial services, IT and engineering, professional services, manufacturing, utilities and retail. She delivered consulting engagements and training in Romania, the Rep. of Moldova, Spain, Germany, and Switzerland. Sandra holds an executive MBA from CEU Business School and is an ICF-accredited coach (ACC level).
Nicolae Cretu
Nicolae is a strategic consultant with over 20 years of experience, specializes in delivering impactful solutions for both public and private sectors. His expertise lies in leadership, management and training of trainers programs. His methodology involves active learning strategies and promotes critical thinking, ensuring that each program is tailored to the specific organizational context and the participants' level of competence
Practical information
The duration of the workshop is 1 day. Participants will be split in half and each of the groups will work in turn with the facilitators.
