Training of Tutors in the Public Accountants Certification Training Program in Serbia
We recently successfully delivered training of tutors (ToT) workshop for the Public Accountants Certification Training (PACT) program in Serbia to build the capacity of local tutors. Well educated local tutors are especially important, since our goal is sustainability and the independent running of the certification program following the program’s completion.
The ToT was led by CEF program officer Ana Frangež Kerševan and was attended by 8 tutors and selected best students of the PACT program. The workshop focused on methodological approaches such as learning styles and methods, teaching skills, motivation and organization of in class training and powerful presentations.
The PACT program in Serbia is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia through Slovenia’s Development Cooperation, along with the non-financial contribution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia and the CEF. The program was implemented by the CEF in cooperation with the Chartered Institute for Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), which developed the materials and awarded international certificates to successful attendees.
14 students successfully enrolled in the PACT Serbia program received internationally recognized certificate at the graduation ceremony on June 6 in Belgrade, Serbia. Find out more here.
