Training of Trainers was organized in Montenegro in two phases. First phase was delivered by local senior tutors who transferred their knowledge and experience in delivery of in-class training and preparation for exam sitting to their colleagues, junior tutors who have not collaborated in the PACT program before. Second phase targeted the whole tutor team and was delivered by international tutor who has taught on the PACT program in other countries. The purpose of the training was to transfer the knowledge, experience, practical examples and give consultations for delivery of the training, thus promoting synergies between different PACT projects in similar environments and strengthening the tutors’ knowledge and skills.
