I have had a very good experience with the learning events on public financial management matters that the CEF provides for the experts of the South East Europe (SEE) region. I have experienced the seminar on Undertaking Effective Spending Reviews very relevant for my current work, as the CEF serves as a knowledge hub and a platform where experts from SEE region can meet and exchange their experience and ideas. For example, representatives from one of our neighboring countries were interested in how we introduced public investment model as part of management information system in Kosovo, and I joined the discussion by sharing our lessons learned.    

I liked the whole organization of the event that was jointly delivered by the IMF and the CEF with complementary support by the Dutch Ministry of Finance, and I think that the course materials that participants received are very relevant and will help us reflect in our further professional endeavours. I also appreciate the CEF initiative of the regular monthly constituence presentations and in this regard featuring Kosovo at the CEF premises in July.
