About this learning event
We designed this online course to support officials from the Western Balkans with practical knowledge to improve communication strategies on green reform processes. You'll join professionals from communication, public policy, academia, and environmental sectors who engage stakeholders and inform the public on these issues. Together, we’ll explore country-specific challenges and solutions to enhance the effectiveness of communication efforts. Through four webinars, you’ll learn key tools and strategies to engage diverse audiences, promote transparency, and foster collaborative green reforms. We’ll also share regional best practices.

The event is designed primarily for:
- Communication officers,
- Heads of policy departments and
- Members of cabinets at line ministries, ministries of finance and central banks.
We also kindly invite officials from policy, budget, and analytical departments of line and finance ministries who are involved in the planning, design, and coordination of green reform processes to join.
Practical information
- The online course will be delivered in English.
- Upon successful completion of this event, you will receive a certificate.
- Participants are expected to have a working camera and microphone.
