Public Finance Academy in North Macedonia Advances Development as a Learning Organization
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of activities within the internationally recognized professional qualification program for public sector accountants in North Macedonia (PACT MKD L2). The final workshop, held in Veles, was dedicated to advancing the development of the Public Finance Academy (PFA), a department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of North Macedonia, in its journey to becoming a learning organization.
This workshop was a crucial step in supporting the PFA’s development, providing key insights and practical tools to enhance its capacity for continuous learning and institutional growth. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions to evaluate the PFA’s strategic position, identify challenges, and determine its development needs. The workshop provided valuable insights into the complexities involved in evolving into a learning organization. Participants also explored the PFA’s aspirations and systematically mapped out both current and planned practices according to the CEF’s Methodology of becoming and being a learning organization. The event concluded with the creation of a detailed roadmap, outlining concrete steps for future growth and institutional development.
The workshop was delivered on September 18-19, 2024, in Veles, North Macedonia.
