This workshop aims to improve the quality of reporting on the implementation of activities from the Public Finance Reform Action Plan of Montenegro. Participants will be introduced to the Methodology for Policy Development, Preparation, and Monitoring of Strategic Documents, and will explore the transition from efficiency-focused to effectiveness-oriented reporting. The workshop will include presentations, discussions, and practical exercises to help participants think and write reports that demonstrate effectiveness and results.
