This workshop aims to improve the quality of the annual report on the Public Administration Reform of Montenegro for 2024. Participants will revisit the Methodology for Policy Development, Preparation, and Monitoring of Strategic Documents, and focus on writing reports that highlight results and changes. The workshop will include presentations, group work, and discussions to help participants effectively coordinate tasks and deadlines for report preparation, and connect their work with program budgeting.
