Martin Noveski from Ministry of Finance, Macedonia shared with us his experience in participating at several CEF learning initiatives. In 2016 he was participant at the Strengthening Line Ministries` Budget Preparation course and in 2017 he was a lecturer in Program and Performance Budgeting Course.
