This training of trainers empowered 20 participants from 9 different countries by strengthening their abilities to facilitate engaging learning and knowledge sharing activities. Participants learned about different adult learning theories, participatory learning methods, and tools, and explored how to design and facilitate dynamic and engaging learning sessions. They improved their listening and presentation skills, reflected on their learning experience, and enhanced peer-to-peer learning through open discussions, collaboration, and constructive feedback. This event helped them gain a deeper understanding of the learning dynamics, the importance of creating a safe learning environment, and the crucial role of a skillful facilitator. 

This event was part of a broader CEF initiative aimed at supporting capacity development of beneficiary institutions in their internal and external knowledge sharing efforts and, on their way, to becoming learning organizations. We are delighted to achieve notable success by equipping trainers with the essential resources, expertise, and confidence they need to excel in their roles. Participants enjoyed a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, allowing them to network, share experiences, and grow together. The event served as a compelling demonstration of the power of continuous learning, collaboration, and the shared pursuit of excellence in the world of learning and knowledge sharing.
