Empowering the Understanding of the Economic Reform Program Cycle through Self-Paced Online Learning
As part of the “Structural Reforms Better Integrated Within Fiscal Frameworks” (FISR2) project, we are happy to announce the start of the self-paced online course for public officials who wish to learn how to create effective and coherent Economic Reform Programmes (ERPs). The ERPs play a crucial role in the European economic governance framework, serving as a bridge to European Union standards and fostering essential policy dialogues.
The course program covers the entire ERP cycle and looks into crucial aspects such as macroeconomic frameworks, fiscal policies, structural reform design, costing, and resource mobilization for structural reforms, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the reforms deliver the intended results.
The self-paced online learning course offers nine comprehensive modules, each covering a crucial aspect of the ERP cycle. Participants can tailor their learning experience to their schedule and preferences, accessing pre-recorded lectures, readings quizzes, and assignments. This flexibility ensures that individuals can learn at their own pace while enjoying structured and engaging content.
In designing this online course, we were happy to cooperate with the CEF expert Marsed Harizi. Let his words, "The design of this self-paced online course has been incredibly rewarding. It was the perfect opportunity to collect the best available knowledge and expertise on the ERP process and to help readers learn and grow," serve as an open invitation to join our course.
This course also benefited from the contributions of other experts who played a crucial role in shaping its content.
