Effective Coordination Structures for Monitoring of the Implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Facility
About this learning event
This event will address planning and coordination aspects essential for successful monitoring of the implementation of the reforms in the Reform Agendas (RA). By looking at good practices from the EU members states that are coordinating the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience plans, we will source lessons learnt, that can be applied to the coordination mechanisms supporting implementation of RAs. We will investigate the coordination specifics in Italy, Slovenia and Spain. Participants will be encouraged to discuss any potential areas they deem challenging.
As the Western Balkan countries are establishing the RA coordination processes, you will:
- Gain insight into the coordination process that leads all engaged officials to successfully implement structural reform
- Gather ideas and views in facilitated discussions on how to align the processes (potential improvements in coordination, information flow, authorizations, and collaborations practices)
- Learn from EU member states’ and other WB countries’ participants and build stronger ties with them.
