Closing Ceremony of the Public Accountants Certification Training in Serbia (by Invitation)
With the graduation ceremony and delivery of Chartered Institute of Public Finances and Accountancy (CIPFA) certificates to successful students, the Center of Excellence in Finance is, after 20 months, completing the project Public Accountants Certification Training (PACT) in Serbia.
The representatives of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Serbia will award certificates to 14 public accountants who were trained in international public sector accounting standards and practices and obtained the internationally recognized certificate of the Chartered Institute of Public Finances and Accountancy (CIPFA).
PACT project supported the Government of Serbia’s initiative to establish and observe international public sector accounting standards and raise the status of the accounting profession in line with EU member states. Project was funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia through Slovenia’s Development Cooperation, along with the non-financial contribution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia.
