The officials from 11 line ministries and several other budget beneficiaries met with the CEF staff to discuss prospects for their involvement in the project.  CEF team emphasized that the project’s key objective of strengthening coordination and financial capacities of line ministries is being recognized as a determining prerequisite for successful implementation of reforms in the South East Europe region. 

During discussion with the participants, it was if particular importance learning that activities that will be undertaken within this project directly correlate to PFM reforms identified as priority for Montenegro in forthcoming period. 

Furthermore, participants agreed that knowledge and experience-sharing between finance officials from the region would provide distinctive added value when adopting new skills, and expressed their high interest and motivation to take part in upcoming learning initiatives.
