CEF Enters Contest for Best Practice in Human Resource Management
This year we are joining the contest Golden Practice as we believe what started off as a simple idea for intra-institutional knowledge sharing has in the last couple of years become a very effective way for capitalizing on experiences of others and learning with and from each other. Organized by Slovenian newspaper Dnevnik, the contest is selecting bold, new, different, innovative, creative and effective approaches aimed at organizational advancement and collective progress.
Our so-called internal knowledge sharing sessions are delivered either by external speakers or CEF staff who upon return from a training share with others lessons learned along with some tips and tricks on ways how the newly gained knowledge can be further applied in our own organizational context.
Some of the topics we have addressed in the past include discussions on how to structure your speech, ways to optimize our LinkedIn usage, characteristics of fearless vs. anxious organizations and the most recent one was about creating a strategy for running effective meetings through Lego Serious Play methodology. Such sessions have also importantly helped us enhance our internal communication flow and team spirit.
