CEF Coordinators Meeting (By Invitation)
This event will be the one of the events honoring the CEF's 20th anniversary.
About this event
This year’s CEF Coordinators meeting will be organized as part of the celebration events marking the 20th anniversary of the CEF. As we are not able to host all in person, we will reconnect online.
CEF Coordinators are representatives of ministries of finance, central banks, and tax administrations from South East Europe who are involved in strategic capacity development of their staff and institutions. We meet periodically to exchange ideas, needs, and good practices and discuss how to best support individual and institutional development with the CEF learning and knowledge sharing program.
This year is CEF’s 20th anniversary. The meeting will be an opportunity to celebrate it together.
In an informal setting, we will:
- Take a walk down the memory lane, remember past joint achievements, and exchange the most memorable moments of our close cooperation;
- Reflect on our joint projects and activities;
- Present activities on demand for CEF constituency institutions to promote institutional knowledge management and strategic human resource function as one of the key topics in the 2022-2026 CEF Strategy Direction;
- Highlight the importance of strengthening the enabling environment in the institution and the skills of the staff for high-quality knowledge sharing and learning; and
- Discuss CEF Coordinators’ plans and wishes for the upcoming seasons.
Who should attend
All CEF Coordinators from ministries of finance, central banks, and tax administrations are invited to join.
