The CEF and German Government Stability Pact cooperate in the framework of CIPFA certified Training of Internal Auditors in the Public Sector in Montenegro where the German Stability Pact guaranties funding while the CEF together with the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro offers to the program in-kind support. To follow on the affirmative feedback from the TIAPS Montenegro training participants, we enquired in an interview with Mr. Jakob Haselhuber, Deputy Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Slovenia, his views from the donor’s perspective on the training program results.
