Through different project activities, our objective is to improve the knowledge and experience of the EU accession process acquired by the next generation of public administrators and policymakers in the Western Balkans. In addition, we also strive to enhance a stronger professional network between young public officials and between administrations.

We are looking for young professionals with a passion for creating positive change and innovative ideas to join various learning opportunities offered through the six project components: WeLearn, WeConnect, WeShare, WeExperience, WeWrite, and WeCoach. Selected candidates will be able to upscale their transversal competencies for leadership and change management and become confident and networked leaders of ideas, people, and reforms.
