The CEF Governing Board is a decision-making body of the CEF. It steers the work of the CEF, confirms the annual report and financial statements, work plan, made and other relevant issues. Members of the Board comprise ministers of finance and governors of central banks from the CEF members. They are joined by three representatives of the Advisory Board. The Board is currently chaired by Radoje Žugić, Governor of the Central Bank of Montenegro.
