Announcing the Release of the CEF Learning and Knowledge Sharing Program for 2025
We are excited to present the CEF Learning and Knowledge Sharing Program for 2025, designed to meet the evolving needs of our constituency in South East Europe (SEE) and broader. This program reflects our commitment to making things happen together, by adapting flexibly and innovatively to the changing environment, learning needs, and valuable feedback from our participants and other relevant stakeholders.
Our 2025 program will focus on the topics reflecting the functions of public institutions that we support: fiscal and sectoral policy-making, tax and revenue collection, financial stability and prudential supervision, financial market infrastructures, monetary policy-making, accounting and financial reporting, auditing, and data and analysis for policy-making. Additionally, we will continue to address cross-cutting topics dedicated to green and digital transformations. Recognizing common challenges faced by public institutions, such as high employee turnover and difficulties in retaining talent, we will also continue to serve as a role model, supporting these institutions in transforming into learning organizations. Our methodology involves six building blocks that guide the development of individuals, teams, and institutions towards continuous learning, collaboration, and sustained improvement.
To address the varied needs and contexts of our participants, our learning opportunities will vary in duration - ranging from extensive certification programs, workshops and online courses to shorter knowledge exchange sessions and microlearning interventions. These opportunities will be available in both online and physical formats. Additionally, we are placing a strong emphasis on mentoring and coaching to enhance our learning activities. Participants have highlighted the significant value of these personalized guidance experiences in their professional development journeys.
Our learning approach will remain people-focused, with participants actively involved in the design, delivery, and monitoring of our learning events. As a platform for knowledge sharing, we will continue to invite officials to contribute their expertise and engage in the communities of practice and networks we have established, such as the Community of Banking Regulators and Supervisors, Network of Regional Experts, Network of CEF Coordinators, Network of Tutors and Experts for Accounting and Auditing, and the WeLead Network of Future. By combining technical, leadership, and learning skills, our aim is to contribute to the development of highly skilled public officials with diverse and complementary competencies.
We have also redesigned the events section of our website to enhance your interaction with us. You will now need to create a CEF profile, which will enable you to register for events, manage your learning activities, and better engage with the CEF community. This new feature provides a streamlined and personalized experience, making it easier than ever to navigate our offerings. We invite you to visit our events page to discover your next learning opportunity with us.
