About this learning event

The workshop is designed to empower WeWrite participants by enhancing their competencies in policy analysis, effective communication, and drafting well-structured policy notes. This in-person gathering will serve as an intensive learning and collaboration session, bringing together participants, the lead mentor, and other experienced mentors to synthesize potential pathways for addressing the policy solutions identified by the participants.

The primary focus of the workshop will be to critically assess the proposed policy solutions, evaluate their feasibility, and refine them into actionable recommendations. Participants will present their progress, engage in constructive discussions, and receive feedback from mentors and peers. In addition to advancing their policy papers, participants will engage in targeted activities to develop their public speaking abilities and strengthen soft skills. These sessions are designed to build their confidence and ensure they are well-prepared to articulate their findings and recommendations effectively in professional settings.
