About this learning event
In recent years, digital transformation has reshaped the way public administrations operate, streamlining processes and improving service delivery. This course will explore how emerging technologies—such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, the metaverse, and machine learning—can further enhance efficiency, promote accountability, and increase transparency in the public sector.
Participants will gain insights into the latest digital trends and learn how to harness technology to create more citizen-centric services. The course will also emphasize the essential digital skills public officials need to develop in order to adapt to an increasingly complex and fast-evolving technological landscape. Through interactive discussions and real-world case studies, participants will explore strategies for navigating digital change and fostering innovation within their institutions.

• Identify key opportunities and challenges in implementing digital solutions
• Develop strategies to enhance digital literacy and resilience among public officials
• Explore practical applications of AI, machine learning, and virtual reality in public service delivery
