About this learning event

COVID-19 crisis exacerbated the progress in digitization of public administrations. This course will inform participants of the potential for future advancements by leveraging existing and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, virtual reality, metaverse, machine learning to improve efficiency and promote accountability, transparency and improved delivery of services. It will address also the digital skills public officials need to develop to adapt to the uncertain future. 

After the workshop, there will be a Reflection Summit about the WeLead online journey for 2024 - 2025
