About this learning event

In this workshop, we will engage unit leaders from the National Bank of Moldova (NBM) to learn about the art of participatory leadership. We will explore innovative strategies for fostering collaborative decision-making and empowering employees at all levels. The workshop will highlight how inclusive leadership practices can drive organizational success and improve workplace culture. The NBM unit leaders will learn how to encourage teamwork and collective problem-solving, enable individuals to take initiative and lead, and value diverse perspectives. They will learn how to foster open communication and share information freely, and how to distribute leadership roles and accountability across the organization. By practicing participatory leadership, the NBM will enhance employee engagement, drive innovation, and build a strong sense of community and ownership within the NBM.
