Reporting on the Qualitative and Quantitative Steps, and Annual Reporting on the Reform Agendas
About this learning event
Monitoring the implementation of structural reforms is essential for their successful implementation. At this event, participating countries will share their experience with reporting on the implementation of qualitative and quantitative steps of their Reform Agendas, as done by March 15, 2025, when submitting payment requests to the European Commission (EC). The EC will evaluate the process and the quality of reporting and provide additional Guidance.
We will focus on peer learning, where participants will share their experiences and challenges, they had with reporting sheets and inter-institutional coordination. We will also highlight good practices by showcasing the reporting experiences of EU member states. The role of statistical offices in securing accurate reporting data will be emphasized. Additionally, we will address Annual reports, prepared for the EC, but also progress reports for the government, and other relevant stakeholders. Participants will share their experiences with the established systems for reporting.
Who should attend
This learning initiative is designed for Reform Agenda implementation teams from 6 Western Balkan countries. Also representatives from Türkiye institutions are welcome to join.
