Coaching for the RA and ERP Coordinators and Their Teams
About this learning event
Reform Agenda (RA) and Economic Reform Programme (ERP) Coordinators and their teams come from diverse backgrounds, each with varying levels of experience in coordinating and cooperating on the ERP process. To meet their unique needs, we offer tailored coaching programs designed to empower these individuals and teams. Each beneficiary will receive ten coaching sessions, customized based on a pre-assessment of their specific requirements. These sessions can be delivered face-to-face or online and may include group coaching to enhance team dynamics, peer support, learning acceleration, and accountability. The focus will be on addressing technical challenges, fostering connections across institutions, and promoting learning and knowledge sharing to improve the quality of the joint ERP/RA document. Through structured one-on-one sessions, we will help team members involved in negotiating, planning, and coordinating the ERP/RA to develop essential people skills, such as communication, planning, and decision-making. These coaching sessions will provide opportunities for participants to reflect on their professional relationships with ERP/RA stakeholders, explore effective coordination and management strategies, jointly define and achieve goals, and discover alternative problem-solving approaches.
Who should attend
The coaching sessions are intended for RA and ERP Coordinators, and/or their closest team members.
