About this learning event

Alumni members and participants of the WeLead project will be offered free access to self-paced online courses on the CEF Online Learning Campus (OLC). In this self-paced course, we will equip emerging young public sector leaders with the ability to influence attitude, increase knowledge and influence behavior in their roles within their public sector organization and in relation to topics of managerial accountability and professional and personal integrity. We will offer a combination of theoretical foundations and practical work, while addressing the complex nature of the overarching concepts of this course.

Questions for reflection and the individual assignment will be focused on applying newly gaining knowledge in relation to key concepts associated with managerial accountability, professional and personal integrity, including responsibility, authority, autonomy, trust, and corruption. We will offer insight also in contemporary organizational topics such as ethics, ethical leadership, building a culture of integrity and building trustworthy public sector organizations.

Practical Information

To join, register in the CEF Online Learning Campus (OLC) and Enroll to this course. Our team will confirm your registration within 48 hours. If you already have an OLC account, please log in and Enroll. In case you forgot your password, please reset it and set a new one. The OLC will contain all of the course materials and it can also be accessed through your smartphone.

This self-paced online learning course is available for one year. The total anticipated study time is about 10-12 hours; we recommend to conclude the course within 4 weeks.
