Public officials play a crucial role in shaping policies, engaging communities, and delivering key messages. However, delivering a message effectively requires more than just expertise – it demands confidence, clarity, and the ability to connect with an audience.

This practical workshop is designed for professionals at all levels who want to enhance their public speaking and presentation skills. Through hands-on exercises, real-world scenarios, and expert feedback, participants will learn to:

• Manage emotions and speak with confidence in high-stakes settings
• Structure presentations effectively using the Pyramid Principle
• Engage diverse audiences by adapting delivery and content
• Exercise their body language, vocal variety, and presence
