Navigating the Implementation of the Reform Agenda
This workshop will be delivered as a continuation of support to the EU candidates and potential candidates in the implementation of the Reform Agenda (RA). It is delivered as part of four-year multi-beneficiary capacity development project funded by the European Union “Structural Reforms Better Integrated Within Fiscal Frameworks” (FISR2) implemented by the CEF.
About this learning event
This two-day event will address the coordination aspects essential for successful transition of the RA from the preparatory phase into the implementation phase. With the first reporting package just around the corner, good coordination is crucial for assuring RA implementation is successfully managed.
What will you learn
By attending this workshop, you will be able to work with the RA Coordination (RAC) team and other colleagues involved in the RA implementation process in your country, and CEF experts. Together, we will address how to swiftly transition from planning to implementation by sharing insights into:
- Implications stemming from the Reform and Growth Facility Regulation
- Translating RA agreements into an RAC plan, synchronized with operational coordination plans of line ministries
- Methodology for costing and budgeting reforms from the RA
- The importance of mobilizing and involving stakeholders
- RA reporting “tips and tricks”
The event is designed in close cooperation with RAC team of Kosovo* and the CEF, in consultation with RA working group members. It builds on the experience and series of the CEF events for the public officials from Kosovo and the WB region, that were delivered in the past periods.
The CEF Webinar “Effective Coordination Structures for Monitoring of the Implementation of the RRF” will be integrated in the agenda of the first workshop day.

This event is intended for officials involved in the implementation of the RA, i.e., the RAC team / RA working group members; as well as other representatives of public institutions involved in coordinating and implementing the RA.
