Empowering Coordinators to Navigate Structural Reforms from the Reform Agenda
About this learning event
The objective of this workshop is to strengthen the capacities of officials actively involved in the preparation and implementation of the Reform Agenda (RA). Looking into what the RA brings to the Western Balkan economies and what skills local teams need to tackle it, we will also provide knowledge exchange about good practices from coordinating the processes of preparation of the Economic Reform Programme (ERP) and Recovery and Resilience Plans (RRP), that can help in organizing RA implementation and reporting processes.
The event will also highlight the FISR2 project's role in supporting economic impact assessment and monitoring the implementation of structural reforms.
In a collaborative effort, participants will exchange the views on the future of ERP in connection with the new RA initiative also contemplating broader themes like communications. *
What will you learn
With this event, we will launch the implementation period of the RA, initiate constructive dialogues concerning the preparatory and coordinating aspects of RA implementation, and initiate the establishment of a collaborative peer community among the Western Balkans RA coordination teams. Additionally, a dedicated session will spotlight the supportive role of the FISR2 project in conducting economic impact assessments and monitoring the execution of structural reforms.
Who should attend
We invite the officials from the Western Balkans leading the coordination of preparation and implementation of the Reform Agenda, and their close team members. Invited to join are also interested officials from the ERP Coordination team from Western Balkans and Türkiye.

Practical Information
- The workshop will take place face-to-face in Ljubljana, Slovenia with a limited number of participants.
- Flights, transfers, accommodation in Slovenia, and meals during the event will be fully funded for up to four selected officials per FISR2 beneficiary.
- Additional relevant participants will be accepted as self-funded.
- It will offer welcoming, interactive, and people-centered learning methods, that stimulate knowledge sharing and absorption.
- Upon the successful completion of this event, participants will receive a certificate.
- No participation fee will be charged.
