About this learning event

Change is an inevitable part of our everyday reality. It may arise as an internal drive for transformation that we wish for. Or, it can be triggered by external events inviting, even forcing us to reinvent the way we think, act, and make decisions. However it starts, walking the journey through transition is likely to be a challenging quest, calling for skills, wisdom, and stamina.

The ability to respond timely and effectively to the continuous need for change is crucial for organizations aiming for sustainable development.

This workshop is designed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of the mindset, skills, and tools required for successful change management. They will learn how to plan and facilitate both personal and organizational transition systemically, ensuring the required emotional and structural support needed for effective change implementation. They will also reflect on the role of leadership and followership, ignite both personal and shared sense of empowerment, enhance your toolbox, and have a chance for collaborative reflection and integration.
