About this learning event

As part of the project “WeLead: EU Scheme for Young Professionals in the Western Balkans”, we will organize professional coaching sessions for alumni members to support them in focusing on their own learning by exploring their interests, understanding their role, defining expectations, possible career paths, skill development areas and managing the working relationships. Through one-on-one sessions, the participants will boost their personal skills (communication, planning and decision-making skills, etc.) and will reflect, for example, on professional relations with work stakeholders and ability to coordinate and manage them. By exploring and reflecting on their challenges, they will find new ways to overcome them.

Who should attend

Attendance at the coaching is for the alumni members of the project WeLead.
