About these learning events

To come up with a joint document and develop its quality further, the ERP Coordinators and their teams need to address a lot of technical challenges, bring many different people together across institutions and promote their discussions, and knowledge sharing. Through organizing professional coaching sessions for team members that are most involved in negotiating, planning, and coordinating the ERP, the CEF will support them in developing their ‘people’ skills. Through structured one-on-one sessions, the coachees can develop their personal communication, planning and decision-making skills. Coaching sessions will provide an opportunity to reflect, for example, on professional relations with ERP stakeholders and ability to coordinate and manage them; problems and new ways in jointly defining and achieving goals; and alternative problem-solving approaches.
