Training of Trainers for the National Bank of North Macedonia (By Invitation)
About this learning event
This learning initiative will familiarize participants with the CEFs tailor-made training-of-trainers methodology, so they will able to share knowledge and promote peer-to-peer learning.
We will discuss how to share knowledge and experience with others. Participants will explore different learning methods and tools. They will learn how to design and facilitate dynamic and engaging learning and knowledge sharing sessions. They will also get to know different learning styles, acknowledge their specifics, learn about the principles of effective public speaking, and hone their presentation skills. Participants will have a chance to practice powerful presentation, the use of verbal and non-verbal communication, and receive feedback from peers.
By the end of the event, the participants will:
- Understand the most critical elements needed for successful delivery of the knowledge sharing activity
- Be aware of different learning styles and understand their implications for learning
