With the overall objective to create a supportive atmosphere for team building, improving communication and collaboration between the two working groups into creating one team, this two-day event will help the participants to practice their communication and negotiation skills, fostering internal alignment for the further EU integrations. On this occasion participants would be able to experience and practice trough the roll-play method how negotiations in EC are conducted, in particular for the occasion of the PAR Special Group. Moreover, in the focus of the retreat will also be the alignment of objectives for future learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives related to more efficient and better-quality coordination, monitoring and reporting on the Montenegro's PAR Strategy and PFM Reform Program 2022-2026. The attendance at the meeting is by invitation only.

The event features a balanced combination of workshops, interactive sessions, and team-building activities to promote collaboration and ensure clarity. This event offers participants the opportunity to:

• Enhance Communication and Negotiation Skills: Through targeted sessions, participants will refine their abilities to communicate effectively and negotiate successfully.

• Prepare for the New PAR Special Group Meeting: Equip themselves with the necessary knowledge and strategies to effectively contribute to the upcoming PAR Special Group meeting.
