CEF Coordinators' Meeting
What should have been Coordinators’ Meeting 2020 is now a Series of Online Sessions.
Regional representatives from our constituency responsible for capacity development and involved in strategic management of human resources within their institutions are CEF Coordinators. Every two years we meet and exchange ideas and good practices of your institutions, and how they could be part of the CEF learning program. To adjust to new physical distancing measures, this year we will not meet in person, but will transform our gathering to a series of online sessions, delivered in cooperation with Coordinators as co-designers.
The online sessions will address issues that have come into a sharper focus in the past months of unprecedented shock for individuals and organizations. In response, institutional resilience or an ability of an organization to absorb unexpected shocks stemming from its external environment assured continuation of operations of institutions that have sound systems and processes in place, staff able to quickly adapt to the changed operating environment, and a clear understanding of their particular role.
Organizations have started to pay much more attention to organizational culture and purpose, leadership, inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing as critical elements of the employee experience. We will also address communications and organizational knowledge management as critical elements in accelerating institutions’ ability to face difficult policy decisions.
