About this learning event

This event marks a continuation of the CEF's commitment offered to support European Union (EU) candidates countries and potential candidates. It is designed to support the initiation of the Reform Agenda (RA) implementation process.

The preparation phase of the RA will promptly switch to the implementation phase as soon as the RA are adopted by the European Commission. The first reporting package is just around the corner. Moreover, the implementation of the RA will be heavily depending on the level of integration of the overall/master coordination and communication plans with the sectorial/Line Ministries' plans and their execution.

What will you learn

• Insight into the Implications stemming from the Reform and Growth Facility Regulation,
• How to translate the RA agreements into operational coordination plans aiming at a faster kickstarting the deliverables to be provided by the end of the first reporting period (i.e. detailed plan for 2024);
• Methodology needed to set the coordination plan for the remaining period that would result in a template with a sound “backbone” allowing to be filled with the necessary details by the RA team (timeline, ownership, steps/deliverables, internal reporting requirements etc.),
• Preparation and implementation of the coordination-plans that subsequently translate in Line Ministries operational plans allowing for an adequate level of synchronization.

This workshop is intended for RA Coordinators and their team members, their counterparts at the line ministries and/or selected line ministries staff (coordination and operational staff, PR departments).
