The committee was set up last year and consists of six members: representatives from our constituency central banks (Central Bank of Montenegro and National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia), partner institutions (Dutch Central Bank, European Central Bank and National Bank of Belgium), and an external expert. This composition gives us a better overview of the needs and challenges faced in the region. Furthermore, the members give advice on how to cover the identified needs, finding best practices that could be applied.
Already at our last coordinators meeting, the committee members were jointly engaged in the discussion of survey results on the central banking needs of our constituency. This allowed for further elaboration on specific topics.
With the help of the survey results and discussions we prepared the program proposal for 2016. Once again, we were very happy to be able to consult the Committee when drafting our learning program. The members have shown support and have provided fruitful feedback and innovative ideas. We find it crucial for a successful program delivery.
